I find it especially helpful when sitting working in a desk chair. it helps my back feel supported and less tense and helps me be mindful of body alignment and posture, as I can easily experience tension in my back and neck if not careful. Using this has definitely helped. The memory foam is very comfortable. The cover seems easy to clean.
