Return and Refund Policy
Shop worry free. Most items are returnable within 30 days of delivery.
If we are at fault:
If we ship the wrong item, an item became unavailable, or an item arrives defective, we will take immediate corrective action. We will proceed with either a full refund for the total disbursed (product and shipping) or an exchange covering shipping charges to our warehouse and back to you.
If you make an error:
We will refund the purchase price paid for the product conditional upon the guidelines below.
Guidelines regarding returns:
❖ Initiate your return so that we are in receipt of products within 30 days of delivery.
❖ Contact our Customer Service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unfortunately no returns can be processed without a valid RA# printed on the outside of the package.
❖ Do not send your return back to the manufacturer. They will not be able to issue you a refund or exchange.
❖ Shipping charges related to unauthorized returns or wrong destinations are non-refundable.
❖ Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable when is your error.
❖ Returns must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. Include product inserts and accessories.
❖ Returns lost in transit are non-refundable.
❖ Items ordered in error are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
❖ International Returns: International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are final.
❖ Purchase based on item number, not image. Some images do not correspond to the item number displayed. We are constantly working with manufacturers to update/correct images, but it is not a full-proof process.
❖ To ensure the safety and health of our clients, any items where hygienic or sanitary conditions can be compromised are non-returnable. Other items are also non-returnable given their unique circumstances. The following list should serve as guidance. The list is not all inclusive and is subject to change. If you would like precise confirmation prior to buying, please contact our Customer Service team.

➢ Insulin Pumps.
➢ Bathroom related items.
➢ Respiratory related items.
➢ Opened or used items (an item tried is considered used).
➢ Custom items.
➢ Special order items.
➢ Clearance items.
➢ Bulk items.
➢ International sales.
❖ Once your return is received, we must inspect it to verify it meets the criteria described above.
After receiving your return and checking its condition, we will process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. If after this period (up to 2 billing cycles) your refund is not displaying and your financial institution is not aware of a refund in transit, please contact us and we will gladly assist you further.
