Checking your order's status is quite easy. After your item has been shipped we send you a tracking number via email. Use this number by going to the respective courier's site and then track your package.
The other simple option is to call us toll free at 1 (888) 792-3747 and we will provide you with an update.


How much does delivery cost?

The cost of delivery will depend on the product dimensions and recipient's location. Most of our items have a flat rate of $12. We recommend you refer to our shipping policy for further details.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

We do what we can to ship your items in one package. Because different products are available from different warehouses, we cannot guarantee it will be delivered in one shipment. You can always view the progress of your shipments with the tracking number. If you need to contact us for assistance you can do so at 1 (888) 792-3747. We make shopping user-friendly.


What kinds of products do you sell?

What steps do I follow to make a purchase?

We make shopping user friendly and easy to use:

  1. Search for your product by entering a keyword or description in the search bar located in the upper left hand area of our website and click "Go".
  2. Once you find it, click "add to cart" making sure the quantity of the item you want to purchase is correct.
  3. After filling up your cart with the items you want to buy and in the desired quantities, simply click "proceed to checkout".
    • If you do not have an account with us, select "checkout as guest" under "CheckOut Method" and click "continue".
  4. You will be asked to provide information pertinent to your order like billing and shipping info. Click "continue" in the "Order Review" portion of the checkout.
  5. Lastly, fill in your payment information and click "pay now" to process your order.
